How to take care of your best friend
We all have one, a best friend who is so polished, so
amazing and fits you so well when you first meet him or her, but over time,
your relationship loosens and you see them less and less, until finally they
just don’t fit you anymore. This happens to everyone who has ever had a love
story with a pair of jeans. You start off trying them on in the store and “WOW,
they fit like a glove and everything looks great in them”. A few months later,
after many washes, your jeans start to get loose and they are shades lighter. Disaster!
So how can you prolong the life of your jeans? The answer is
actually quite simple: with a lot of love and a little bit of patience.

The number one rule when caring for denim is to NEVER, I say
NEVER dry it in the dryer. You see, most of your jeans contain spandex, which
is what makes them so comfortable and so easy to slip on. Spandex is great but
it is also fragile; it’s biggest weakness is heat. Heat will make the Spandex
melt or loose it’s ability to be elastic. So when you put your jeans in the
dryer you are actually hurting them. So, be patient, hang them up and they will
live much longer. The same rule applies for when you wash your jeans; try not
to wash them in hot water. By simply adding a little more detergent in cold or
warm water you will get the same result then if you washed your clothes in a
hotter setting.
The second most important rule is to wash your jeans inside
out. Do you love the color of your denim? Well, dye will fade quickly if it is
not properly taken care of, and washing your jeans inside out will prevent the
dye from fading.
Lastly, jeans are made to be loved over and over again; they
do not need to be washed after every single wear. The more you wash them, the
faster they go. We make jeans so that you can get several wears out of them, so
that they can follow you wherever you go.
So now that you’ve got all the tools to take care of your
best friend, we can guarantee that you will have a much longer and blossoming
relationship.

I Wear My Heart On My Jeans
I Wear My Heart On My Jeans
If you ask me what items in my closet are the most important
I won’t say my purse, my beautiful collection of stilettos and boots, or my
leather jacket, I will, without hesitation say my jeans. Denim is so incredibly
versatile, it can be dressed up to wear to work or on a fancy date, yet, and it
can also be your favorite everyday partner to face the real world. So, if denim is every woman’s best friend, why is it so incredibly hard to find a pair of
jeans that fits and shows off YOUR best attribute, not the size “00” 6feet
10inches model’s best attribute. Let’s face it: we are real women, we have
curves and they are sexy. This is why I
am so incredibly passionate about Wangu Jeans, they are made to show off your
beautiful body and make it shine; trust me, no one goes unnoticed in those
perfectly fitting jeans. Here at Wangu, fit is our biggest concern. YOU inspire
our jeans; we love your curves and we are doing everything in our power to
flaunt them, and let me tell you, we are doing a pretty good job doing just that,
but hey, don’t just take my word for it, check out our customer testimonials!
